About Switch

Founder-led.Learning-obsessed.

Switch is a creative eLearning studio. We bring instructional design, storytelling, animation and technology together to make learning people actually want to finish.

Portrait of the founder of Switch eLearning

More than fifteen years of making learning work.

Switch was founded on a simple belief: good learning is designed, not just delivered. Over more than fifteen years in eLearning, we have seen what changes behaviour and what is quickly forgotten.

That experience shapes every project. We start with the people who need to learn and the change the organisation needs to see, then build the creative and technical experience around them.

Because the studio is founder-led, you work directly with the person responsible for your project, from the first conversation to the final delivery. No hand-offs, no layers, no lost context.

What we bring

Strong foundations. Creative ambition.

01

Instructional design

Sound learning design sits underneath everything we make: clear outcomes, purposeful practice and assessment that tells you something real.

02

Creative production

Storytelling, visual design and polished production values, so learning feels considered rather than assembled.

03

Animation and interactivity

Animated explainers and interactive experiences that hold attention and make ideas easier to remember.

04

Emerging technology

We explore new tools when they genuinely improve the learning experience, and leave them out when they do not.

How we work

Direct, collaborative, accountable.

Every project is a conversation. We listen first, show our thinking early and refine it with you, so the final result feels like yours.

  • Engage

Learning that earns attention through story, clarity and craft.

  • Equip

Practical skills and knowledge people can use the next day at work.

  • Empower

Confidence to act, decide and lead change in the real world.

Our commitment is simple: meaningful, engaging learning that makes a positive shift.
